History of lettrs
A 20 year software veteran sat around the kitchen table with his family and discussed how to reignite the world’s imagination for words, stamps and letters. After launching an initial web version of a personalized writing desk, the family saw an incredible international response and a call for a mobile network of people writing letters in 80 languages. The network then grew with new Pen Pals writing the family with bold ideas, such as mobile signatures, dynamic media stamps, and even special PO Box numbers for power users, celebrities, and brands. The company expanded it’s profile with a talented crew of Millennial designers, creatives and engineers who set out to make letter writing not just fun but fashionable. The business moved to NYC and has never diverted from its mission to power the mobile and personalized letters of the next generation.
